A new look at Hazbin Hotel has arrived! The upcoming animated musical adult comedy series premieres on Prime Video in January. Now, fans can check out the official trailer.

Hazbin Hotel follows Charlie, the princess of Hell, as she pursues her seemingly impossible goal of rehabilitating demons to peacefully reduce overpopulation in her kingdom. Following a yearly extermination imposed by angels, she opens a hotel hoping that patrons will be “checking out” into Heaven. While most of Hell mocks her goal, her devoted partner Vaggie, and their first test subject, adult-film star Angel Dust, stick by her side. When a powerful entity, the “Radio Demon,” reaches out to assist Charlie’s endeavors, her crazy dream might become a reality.

The trailer features a new original song “Ready For This” from platinum-certified artist Sam Haft and Emmy-nominated Andrew Underberg, who contributed original music and lyrics for the series. 

Hazbin Hotel comes from creator Vivienne Medrano. The series is based on Medrano’s popular animated pilot, released on YouTube in 2019. Since then, the episode has brought in over 92 million views. Medrano executive produced the new Prime Video series, and also directed each episode. A24 and Fox’s Bento Box Entertainment produce the series. 

Season 1 of the series will include eight episodes. The first four episodes will start streaming on Prime Video on January 19. Then, episodes 5 and 6 will release on January 26, followed by episodes 7 and 8 on February 2.
