Are you a horror fan? Do you think you could make it to the end of a slasher film? Do you feel like you need to brush up on some survival skills? Well, look no further than the new 1980’s horror movie-themed experience, Slashers Axe Throwing & Ales!

WHAT IS SLASHERS AXE THROWING & ALES?

Opening December first in Costa Mesa, California comes a Slasher-ish horror-themed experience complete with a cabin in the woods-themed bar! There you can find multiple themed axe-throwing battle stations like tic-tac-toe, alien invasion, and other fun games while you drink hand-picked craft ales

Slashers Axe Throwing & Ales was created by Luke and Madison Rhoades; the minds behind Cross Roads Escape Games. Cross Roads Escape Games won  USA Today’s Top 10 Best In The Nation, as well as the prestigious Room Escape Artist’s Golden Lock Award! Having played The Hex Room I completely understand why! One day I’ll be brave enough to tackle The Weeping Witch.

The Rhoads promise that this experience will be the next level of Axe throwing experiences. “I see axe throwing the same as I saw escape rooms years ago: a fun and great idea, but lacking in immersive sets and theatrical elements. We plan to take Slashers Axe Throwing & Ales to the same elevated level as CrossRoads Escape Games.”

This location is the first and only venue in Southern California to offer hatchet and big axe throwing, interactive projected targets, and draft beer.

So, if you’re seeking a unique and thrilling experience that combines horror movie nostalgia, Slashers Axe Throwing & Ales could be an excellent choice. It offers an opportunity to have fun, test your skills, and immerse yourself in the world of 1980s horror films.
