Clue is practically the definition of a cult classic. It wasn’t a super huge hit when it came out, but in the time since, it’s grown into a massively popular movie. Now, thanks to Shout! Factory, we’re getting a brand-new 4K UHD version of the film. It heads to 4K on December 12th, 2023. It features one of the best casts ever in Tim Curry, Madeline Kahn, Michael McKean, and Christopher Lloyd.

The new release boasts a new 4K scan of the original camera negative as well as other bonus features. One of the coolest things about Clue is that the film has multiple endings. Like the board game, different people committed the murder based on what ending you have. With the new 4K, there’s the option for a random ending or the “trilogy” ending with all three outcomes.
