Crunchyroll was the one who streamed both cours of Spy x Family season 1 back when it first made its debut on April 9, 2022. So naturally, you would expect Crunchyroll to stream season 2, right? Fortunately, you’d be right in this case. As you can tell by Crunchyroll‘s announcing that they officially acquired the aforementioned season 2 of this anime by WIT Studio (Attack on Titan; VINLAND SAGA; Ranking of Kings) and CloverWorks (Horimiya; My Dress-Up Darling; the Rascal Does Not Dream series) for streaming. Don’t believe me? Then why not check out Crunchyroll‘s new trailer for it below, and see the incoming action, drama, and ridiculous comedy for yourself?
Crunchyroll Acquired Spy x Family Season 2: Details
Crunchyroll is proud to announce that they have acquired Spy x Family season 2 for streaming via that official trailer above on YouTube. Not only that, but they even gave us a premiere date for said streaming of this anime adaptation of the manga of the same name by Tatsuya Endo. In the video description, you can see that Crunchyroll means to stream this second season of the anime on October 7, 2023. Of course, as you can expect: this is a Crunchyroll exclusive. Going off of their previous policy, they will likely make the first 3 episode free as a seasonal sampler. Every episode past that though is something you’ll have to pay for.
