Fans of season 2 of The Ancient Magus’ Bride might recall that the second cours of the anime is going to make its debut sometime this year. In fact, we won’t have to wait long before we can finally see what happens to when the College goes on lockdown. How do I know this? Well, the anime just dropped a new trailer for that second cours. A new trailer that shows off just how much magical drama and mischief can occur in this second half of season 2. You can check it out for yourself below:
The Ancient Magus’ Bride Season 2: Trailer 4 Details
Twin Engine has just revealed a brand new fourth trailer for the second cours of The Ancient Magus’ Bride season 2 on YouTube. Said trailer reveals that Studio Kafka are up to their old tricks again. They keep putting an emphasis on the most gorgeous animation for this anime. Especially the eye detail, but the rest of the animation is just as gorgeous. Sure, this is still their only anime to date. However, if they keep this up, then I foresee much anime business in their future.
Aside from that though, Chise and co. look like they’re getting into some more trouble in this second cours. You can see a whole bunch of bloody action in this trailer, which is quite appropriate for The Ancient Magus’ Bride. Kore Yamazaki really seems to like putting dark fantasy action into her slice of life romcom here. It’s what made her manga so beloved by fans, and it’s also why fans love the anime as well. This, we can’t wait to see what this second cours will bring us.
Fortunately, we won’t have long to wait. The very end of this new trailer reveals that The Ancient Magus’ Bride season 2 will have its second cours premiere on October 5, 2023. Like the first cours, we can expect that Crunchyroll will stream it. In fact, you can watch all seasons of this anime on Crunchyroll only.
