The 1000th episode of One Piece originally made its debut on November 21, 2021. As you might guess, since it is an anime, that debut was in Japanese audio, with English subtitles for us here in NA region. That’s still the only language option for that landmark episode of the anime adaptation of Eiichiro Oda‘s hit manga series of the same name as of this writing. Soon, however, that will all change. Soon, we will finally get an English dub version of that episode to watch and listen to. All thanks to Crunchyroll, of course.
One Piece Ep. 1000: English Dub Details
Crunchyroll is proud to announce that they will finally be bringing One Piece Ep. 1000 to us in English dub form. So when will that happen? Well, according to them: said English dub will make its debut on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Said English dub will be for the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa only at the moment for some reason. Presumably, Crunchyroll will get back to us later on whether other English-speaking countries like the United Kingdom will get to see this English dub. As well as dubs of this episode of the anime in other languages, of course.
You can watch said English dub of One Piece Ep. 1000 on that date only on Crunchyroll. There’s no word about any other anime streaming service getting this English dub, so it’s probably a Crunchyroll exclusive for now. Tune back in to THS later to find out if you can watch this English dub on any other platform when we do.
