Ready for more newsroom drama? A new season of The Morning Show on Apple TV+ is just around the corner.
Starring and executive produced by Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, the award-winning drama returns September 13. Get your first look at the new season in the teaser below.
Here’s the synopsis for The Morning Show season 3 from Apple TV+:
In The Morning Show season three, the future of the network is thrown into question and loyalties are pushed to the brink when a tech titan takes an interest in UBA. Unexpected alliances form, private truths are weaponized, and everyone is forced to confront their core values both in and out of the newsroom.
In addition to Aniston and Witherspoon, season 3 also stars Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Jon Hamm, Nicole Beharie, and Julianna Margulies.
Outside of Ted Lasso, The Morning Show has proven one of Apple TV+’s biggest awards contenders. The series previously received nods from the Emmys, SAG, the Golden Globes, and the Critics Choice Awards. Due to its popularity with fans and critics alike, the show already received an advance greenlight for a season 4.
(Of course, with the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, corporate greed may delay any future installments…)
Season 3 of The Morning Show will include 10 episodes. The season premieres on Apple TV+ Wednesday, September 13 with two episodes. Then, new episodes will air weekly on Wednesdays through November 8.
