Unless you’ve been living under a rock, RuPaul’s Drag Race is a WORLDWIDE phenomenon! The competition series has multiple spinoff’s all around the world with the latest in Mexico. So, I had a chance to attend Drag Race Mexico premiere at World of Wonder! There, I had the opportunity to talk with some local Queens, as well as past season All-Stars!

In our first interview, I asked the Queens, as well as Guests, Why Drag Matters. There is too much legislation in this country trying to ban the art form. There are even social media videos of people trying to shut down storytime with Drag Queens because they believe it’s sexual. I’m sorry, are there no ratings on TV Shows and Movies? The same goes for Drag Shows. The ignorance is astounding.

The follow-up question I asked is, “Why worldwide Drag Representation is so important?”

CHECK OUT THE INCREDIBLE ANSWERS FROM THESE DRAG QUEENS AND GUESTS BELOW!
