Classic Wild West revenge is on full display in the new trailer for Dead Man’s Hand. The film stars Stephen Dorff, Jack Kilmer, and Cole Hauser. Based on the trailer, the film looks to have everything audiences will want from an action Western. Revenge, romance, and plenty of six guns. The film follows Reno (Kilmer) who kills an outlaw in self-defense. However, it turns out that the outlaw is the brother of a local corrupt mayor (Dorff), who has vowed revenge on Reno. Dead Man’s Hand will be available in theaters, on demand, and on digital on July 7. Keep reading to check out the trailer and official poster for the movie. ABOUT DEAD MAN’S HAND

Gunslinger Reno (Jack KilmerThe Nice Guys) is headed west for a quiet life with his new bride. But when their stagecoach is ambushed, he kills an outlaw in self-defense. In a nearby town, Reno learns that the man he slayed is the brother of the corrupt mayor, Bishop (Stephen DorffBlade), who vows revenge. After their card game turns into a bloody shootout, who will be left standing? Cole Hauser (Yellowstone) appears as a U.S. Marshal who becomes Reno’s ally in this pulse-pounding Western.

It might not be your typical “comic book movie”, but the movie is in fact based on a comic. The film is adapted from the graphic novel, No Rest for the Wicked – Dead Man’s Hand, written by Kevin Minor and Matthew Minor. Dead Man’s Hand is written and directed by Brian Skiba (Pursuit).

Dead Man’s Hand is a western rooted in a tragic love story followed by retaliation and nonstop action. I couldn’t be more appreciative to my producing team, the cast, the crew, and Milestone, who collaborated to bring this story to life. Kilmer, Dorff and Hauser gave exceptional performances, while the scenic Great Plains of Santa Fe provided the perfect backdrop for this western.
