Rejoice! Netflix’s XO Kitty has been renewed for Season 2! The series, which is a spin-off of the popular To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before films, follows Kitty Song Covey on her journey through life, love, and a new school. In Season 1, Kitty sets her sights on finding love, and she does not disappoint. She goes on a series of dates, learns a lot about herself, and even finds herself in a love triangle.
XO, KITTY TO RETURN FOR SEASON 2!
The renewal announcement came from XO, Kitty’s Instagram. In the video, you can see cast members writing and passing a note while reading and not sharing what it says. That is until it reaches Anna Cathcart (Kitty herself) opening and reading the exciting news!
The renewal comes as no surprise. The series is a hit with viewers. Season 1 ranked in the top 10 most-watched shows on Netflix in several countries. I’m so excited for season 2! I cannot wait to see more K-Drama fun, and what else Ms. Song gets herself into.
There is no word yet on when Season 2 will be released, but fans can expect it to be sometime in 2023. In the meantime, you can rewatch Season 1 and start speculating about what will happen in the next season.
