The film based on the classic anime series Knights of the Zodiac is finally coming to Digital and Blu-Ray!
Knights of the Zodiac is based on the manga series Saint Seiya by Masami Kurumada. The series follows the adventures of five young warriors known as the Knights of the Zodiac, who are sworn to protect the reincarnated Greek goddess Athena. The Knights each wear a unique armor based on a constellation, and they wield powerful weapons that they use to battle evil.
However, the film brings the Saint Seiya saga to the big screen in live-action for the first time. Seiya (Mackenyu), a headstrong street teen who spends his time fighting for cash. However, when one of his fights unwittingly taps into mystical powers he never knew he had, Seiya finds himself thrust into a world of warring saints, ancient magical training, and a reincarnated goddess who needs his protection. If he’s to survive, he will need to embrace his destiny, as well as sacrifice everything to take his rightful place among the Knights of the Zodiac.
