Break out the blindfolds. We’re revisiting the world of Bird Box on Netflix this summer. Bird Box Barcelona officially premieres in July, and now we have a new look at the film. Check out the trailer below.

From the producers of the global phenomenon, Bird Box, comes BIRD BOX BARCELONA, an expansion of the film that riveted audiences in 2018. After a mysterious force decimates the world’s population, Sebastian must navigate his own survival journey through the desolate streets of Barcelona. As he forms uneasy alliances with other survivors and they try to escape the city, an unexpected and even more sinister threat grows.

Bird Box Barcelona stars Mario Casas, Georgina Campbell, Alejandra Howard, Naila Schuberth, Diego Calva, Patrick Criado, Lola Dueñas, Gonzalo De Castro, Michelle Jenner, and Leonardo Sbaraglia. It comes from writer/directors Álex Pastor and David Pastor.

According to Netflix, the original Bird Box starring Sandra Bullock streamed for 282 million hours within its first 28 days. To date, only two movies have topped it on the platform: Red Notice (364M hours viewed) and Don’t Look Up (359M hours viewed).
