It was a massive disappointment in the first wave of Funko Pop figures for Obi-Wan Kenobi that we didn’t get a Pop of him with his lightsaber ignited. We got some of the other famous characters from the series, but now, on May the Fourth, Funko is rectifying that.
The second wave of figures from Obi-Wan Kenobi includes The Grand Inquisitor, Ned-B, Purge Trooper, Young Luke Skywalker, The Fifth Brother, and Obi-Wan Kenobi with his lightsaber lit. In addition, the exclusives from this wave are Darth Vader with his helmet broken in half which is exclusive to Walmart, and a Purge Trooper that is Funko Shop Exclusive. Finally, for those youngling fans out there, they made keychains of young Princess Leia and Young Luke Skywalker. You can check them all out below. The figures have a tentative release date of July 22nd.

Obi-Wan Kenobi debuted on Disney+ last May and was the story of what Kenobi was doing after the events of Revenge of the Sith. It was an excellent character study and sci-fi series that got deep into the wounds that Obi-Wan had following the Clone Wars. Ewan McGregor returned as Obi-Wan and gave a fantastic performance.
