Does anyone remember The Venture Bros. from all the way back in 2004? Or even 2003, if you count the pilot episode? It was basically a parody of Jonny Quest, and a pretty good one judging from all the critical acclaim the series got. If you don’t know what I’m talking about but you want to find out, then I’ve got some good news. We’ll soon be able to own it on home video to find out.
The Venture Bros.: The Complete Series ~ Details
Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment and Adult Swim are proud to announce The Venture Bros.: The Complete Series. As you might expect, this home video release contains all 82 episodes from across all 7 seasons of this adult animated action comedy series. This release will feature English audio with English, French, and Spanish subtitles; and also includes all “previously released special features”. Unfortunately, there’s no information on whether the 4 special episodes are part of these special features. That’s something we’ll hopefully learn later, before this releases.
As for further information, fortunately, Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment and Adult Swim have an official synopsis for The Venture Bros.: The Complete Series. You can check that out below:
For the first time in the history of the world, every single episode of The Venture Bros. ever created! Stuffed full of your favorite evil nemeses, and larger-than-life heroes, plus a few smaller-than-life ones. It’s never not a great time to watch your favorite episode from any season, followed by any other episode from any other season. From “Dia de los Dangerous” to “The Saphrax Protocol” it’s all in one place!
It’s the Complete Series Venture Bros. Box Set, twenty years in the making. Including all the bonus materials that have been lovingly created over the years, and carefully curated for you now.
The Venture Bros.: The Complete Series will be available on June 20, 2023 for digital download and DVD. No Blu-ray release though for some reason. Hopefully, that might come later. We do know the pricing of this home video release though, which differs based on which version you’re getting. The digital version will cost $79.99 in both USD and CAD, while the DVD version will cost $134.99 USD or $129.99 CAD depending on where you live. There doesn’t seem to be any way to preorder this release though. It’s something we’ll have to wait for at a later date. Tune back in to THS later to find out how you can preorder it if we do.
