Deep Impact doesn’t mess around. From the cast to the movie’s plot, this is one of the best disaster flicks out there. To celebrate 25 years, Paramount Home Entertainment gives us the first-ever 4K UHD release for Deep Impact. Originally released on May 8th, 1998, the film was a box office smash. Fully remastered and boasting Dolby VIsion and HDR-10, Deep Impact is a must-have for any movie fan with an appetite for destruction.

Directed by Mimi Leder and executive produced by Steven Spielberg, the film features an all-star cast including Robert Dvuall, Tea Leoni, Elijah Wood, Vanessa Redgrave, Leelee Sobieski, Blair Underwood, Maximillian Schell, and Morgan Freeman.

A comet is discovered to be on a collision course with Earth. As doomsday nears, the human race prepares for the worst.

The new release comes with the 4K UHD disc, a Blu-ray copy of the film, and a digital copy.
