Grab your gloves and get in the ring. We’re less than a month away from the premiere of Creed III.
Michael B. Jordan reprises his role as boxer Adonis Creed in the upcoming film, which also marks his directorial debut. Today, MGM revealed a special behind-the-scenes look at the making of the movie.
“Adonis Creed has been defined by boxing his entire life. But is boxing all that Adonis is?” Jordan asks in the clip. “How do you raise the bar for the man that we’ve gotten to know throughout Creed I and Creed II?”
The featurette hints at how secrets from the boxer’s past will return in the upcoming film. It also includes interview footage from stars Tessa Thompson and Jonathan Majors, and discusses Jordan’s shift into directing.

After dominating the boxing world, Adonis Creed (Jordan) has been thriving in both his career and family life. When a childhood friend and former boxing prodigy, Damian (Jonathan Majors), resurfaces after serving a long sentence in prison, he is eager to prove that he deserves his shot in the ring. The face off between former friends is more than just a fight. To settle the score, Adonis must put his future on the line to battle Damian – a fighter who has nothing to lose.
“They shared this boxing dream together,” Jonathan Majors explains. “So imagine what happens when you have to watch someone live that dream without you. It can breed resentment.”
Creed III premieres in theaters and IMAX March 3.
