You can’t run from your past. But maybe you can punch the crap out of it? (That’s what Creed III is about, right?)
The third flick chronicling the boxing saga of Adonis Creed sees Michael B. Jordan return as the title character. After dominating the boxing world, Adonis Creed has been thriving in both his career and family life. When a childhood friend and former boxing prodigy, Damian (Jonathan Majors), resurfaces after serving a long sentence in prison, he is eager to prove that he deserves his shot in the ring. The face off between former friends is more than just a fight. To settle the score, Adonis must put his future on the line to battle Damian – a fighter who has nothing to lose.
Today, MGM dropped a new international poster for Creed III. Check it out below.
The poster features both Jordan and Majors sweating it out in the ring, along with the tagline “You can’t run from your past.”
Keenan Coogler and Zach Baylin wrote the script for the film, which will also mark Jordan’s directorial debut.
In addition to Jordan and Majors, the film stars Tessa Thompson, Wood Harris, Mila Davis-Kent, Florian Munteanu, and Phylicia Rashad.
Creed III premieres in US theaters and IMAX March 3.
