Disney just dropped the season 3 trailer for The Mandalorian. The trailer aired on ESPN/ABC during the NFL Wild Card game. Check it out below:
Set in the Star Wars universe, The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin. As a bounty hunter, he travels the outer reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic. But his path changes when he becomes the protector of the child Grogu. Season 3 will follow Din’s journey to becoming a Mandalorian again. The series comes from creator Jon Favreau.
Other confirmed characters returning for season 3 include Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito), Bo-Katan (Katee Sackhoff), Greef Karga (Carl Weathers), The Armorer (Emily Swallow), and Captain Carson Teva (Paul Sun-Hyung Lee). Tim Meadows and Christopher Lloyd will also appear.
The Mandalorian season 1 marked the launch of the Star Wars/Disney+ TV universe, which now includes several shows. It previously crossed over with The Book of Boba Fett.
