Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse promises to dive back into the Spidey multiverse this summer. The sequel to 2018’s hit Into the Spider-Verse will bring back Miles Morales for a new dimension-hopping adventure. He’ll be joined by some familiar faces (like Spider-Gwen), but the upcoming feature has also promised to introduce us to a ton of additional Spideys.
Last week, Sony Pictures dropped an official trailer for the film. And today, we have a brand-new poster. It features our lead Miles front and center (and upside-down), but it also includes a whole army of Spider-People. You can spot Spider-Gwen, Spider-Punk, Spider-Woman, and Scarlet Spider, just to name a few.
Check out the poster below and see how many Spideys you can identify.
Across the Spider-Verse will see Miles Morales (voiced by Shameik Moore) return for another epic multiverse adventure. Miles will join forces with Spider-Gwen (Hailee Steinfeld) and a new team of Spider-People to face off with a powerful villain, The Spot (Jason Schwartzman).
The film comes from writers Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Dave Callaham. Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson direct.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse will serve as the first of two planned sequels to Into the Spider-Verse. It will premiere in theaters in June 2023. The final installment, Beyond the Spider-Verse, will arrive in March 2024.
So, how many different Spideys can you identify on this new poster? Which multiverse Spider-Man are you most excited to see in the upcoming film? Let us know in the comments below.
