It’s almost time for more How I Met Your Father. Season 2 will officially premiere on January 24.

Hulu made the announcement today with a video from star Hilary Duff. You can watch Duff discuss the show’s return below.

How I Met Your Father follows Duff’s character Sophie and her group of friends in Manhattan. Like How I Met Your Mother before it, the series uses the framing device of Duff explaining in the year 2050 how she met her son’s father in our present day.

In addition to Duff, the series also stars Christopher Lowell, Francia Raisa, Suraj Sharma, Tom Ainsley, Tien Tran, Josh Peck, and Kim Cattrall. 

Isaac Aptaker and ELizabeth Berger write and executive produce the show. Other EPs include Carter Bays, Craig Thomas, Pam Fryman, and Adam Londy. Duff also produces.

How I Met Your Father season 2 will premiere on January 24, with new episodes arriving on Tuesdays. While season 1 only had 10 episodes, season 2 will actually double that count to 20.
