Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is the long-awaited 3rd installment in this sci-fi comedy adventure series from Marvel. Seriously, we’ve been waiting for this for a while. Finally though, we get a trailer for this latest spacefaring adventure. Even better, it seems to suggest that Rocket Raccoon will be the central character for this film. You can check it out below:
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3: A Rocket Raccoon Odyssey?
Marvel is proud to announce Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 with this new official trailer on YouTube. The trailer shows off the same kind of quirky humor you’d expect to see from this rather oddball space adventure series. And yet at the same time, we see a good deal of drama hinted at. In particular, it seems like this film will feature Rocket Raccoon as a central character, with the story revolving around him and him even getting a new sapient otter friend. Whatever the case, it seems like Rocket will get his day after all.
James Gunn writes and directs Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, featuring Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Sean Gunn, Chukwudi Iwuji, Will Poulter and Maria Bakalova. Kevin Feige is the producer and Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Nikolas Korda, Simon Hatt and Sara Smith serve as executive producers.
As for what Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is about? Well, Disney has been kind enough to provide us with a short but official synopsis for it. Check it out below:
In Marvel Studios “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” our beloved band of misfits are looking a bit different these days. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him to defend the universe along with protecting one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will make its debut on May 5, 2023. Of course, you can only watch it on Disney+. You know, because it’s a Disney+ exclusive like all the other Marvel films and assorted media.
