It looks like we’re soon going to get a bunch of Blu-ray anime releases from Crunchyroll, starting with Yu Yu Hakusho. It’s not the only anime release they have planned. However, it’s the one they’re focusing on at the moment.
All the Yusuke Urameshi You Could Ever Want?
Crunchyroll is proud to announce a bunch of new Blu-ray releases for various anime series, including Yu Yu Hakusho 30th Anniversary Blu-ray Box Set. This box set, like all the other anime releases in this announcement, will release sometime next year in January 2023. This anime in particular will release on January 31, 2023; so it will be a while before you’ll be able to watch Yusuke Urameshi and the gang in action…again. You know, since this anime originally aired in 1992? Well, at least the older anime is getting some love, so there’s that.
Speaking of which, Yu Yu Hakusho 30th Anniversary Blu-ray Box Set will apparently contain a bunch of lovely special features to entice you into buying it. These special features include an art book, a pair of never-before-dubbed OVA episodes, behind-the-scenes and the making of videos, textless opening and ending songs, and even outtakes for the voice acting.
