Are you looking for new releases in Film or Television to watch this weekend of October 14th!? Well, THS has you covered in our weekly series! So, make sure to come back each week as we compile all of our recommendations for you to check out on your days off.

However, I wanted to break down this list and make it a little more personal. Kind of like when you walk into a bookstore and see the wall of employee recommendations. So, I’ll be breaking down this list as to what we at THS are watching, not necessarily every single thing releasing.

JESSICA’S WATCHING

It’s mid-October so if it’s not spooky and scary I’m not interested, lol. I’ve pretty much been waiting for someone to make The Watcher into a show since I first read about the real-life story (it’s so weird and creepy!) so I’ll be checking that out on Netflix. Plus I want to hit the theater to see Halloween Ends and The Loneliest Boy in the World.

HUNTER’S WATCHING

Halloween Ends in theaters! It’s also streaming on Peacock of that’s more your jam.

LAURA’S WATCHING

I’m gonna watch The Midnight Club, The Watcher, as well as Mr. Harrigan’s Phone on Netflix. Plus, Chucky season 2 on SyFy. Then, hopefully, try to squeeze in Halloween Ends because my kid loves Michael Myers!

SHAWN’S WATCHING

This weekend I will be binge-watching “The Watcher” for a second time with friends, who have been dying to see it! And I also plan on watching the second batch of episodes of Netflix’s “The Mole” and then “Halloween Kills” on Peacock (Though honestly not expecting too much from it.)  As a side note, if it’s playing near you… make sure to check out one of the best films of the year, Decision to Leave from the director of “Oldboy”!  It opens in limited release, this weekend!

BRIAN’S WATCHING

Andor on Disney+. Chucky S2 on SyFy. Then, Halloween Ends in the theater when I can space it out lol

RHETT’S WATCHING

Andor on Disney+

SARAH’S WATCHING

It’s Scream Fest time! So, I’ll be busy checking out all the new horror films and shorts hitting the festival!

BENJY’S WATCHING

More Amphibia on Disney+, and I want to point out that Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War just released on Hulu this week, so that’s a must-watch.
