MORE ABOUT THE SERIES
Based on Rice’s best-selling trilogy, Lives of the Mayfair Witches, the series focuses on an intuitive young neurosurgeon, Rowan (Daddario), who discovers that she is the unlikely heir to a family of witches. As she grapples with her newfound powers, she must contend with a sinister presence that has haunted her family for generations.
Mayfair Witches will have 8 episodes and stream exclusively on AMC+ on Thursday, January 5, 2023, with the first two episodes available that same night. Subsequent episodes will roll out weekly.
The already highly successful Interview with the Vampire series has already dropped hints of a crossover. Not to mention, book readers know Lestat is a part of this book series as well. It’s very possible we could see the two shows intertwine in the near future.
