One of my all-time favorite late-80s films is Heathers. The dark teen comedy stars Shannen Doherty, Winona Ryder (Stranger Things), and Christian Slater (Dr. Death) – A list cast!
Ryder plays Veronica, a girl who is part of the popular girl clique at her High School – the Heathers. However, she doesn’t agree with their cruel behavior. When she gets stars dating J.D. (Slater) they plot revenge on the heathers, but it goes too far. Quickly, Veronica realizes that J.D. is intentionally killing students he doesn’t like and it’s up to her to stop him.
