It’s hard to believe it has been 12 years since Avatar was released. Upon its release, it took the world by storm, and went on to become the highest-grossing film of all time. It was briefly unseated by Avengers: Endgame, before returning briefly to theaters in 2019 to reclaim the crown. 3 years after that return, we are getting another theater release for the film, this time in 4k High Dynamic Range.
