WHAT IS THE MIDNIGHT CLUB

The show is a new Scary Netflix series based on the novel by Young Adult Horror Author, Christopher Pike. At a hospice with a mysterious history, the eight members of the Midnight Club meet every night – at midnight – to tell scary stories, as well as look for signs of the supernatural! 

The series takes place in 1994 at Brightcliff Manor. Some of the series will pull inspiration from some of Pike’s other works. These stories include: WITCH, GIMME A KISS, ROAD TO NOWHERE, THE WICKED HEART. More titles to be revealed.

SERIES INFORMATION

The new spooky series is the fourth series for Flanagan and Macy at Netflix under their Intrepid Pictures overall deal. However, this is their first series for the Young Adult audience.

The Midnight Club stars Iman Benson (Black-AF), Igby Rigney (Joe Bell), Annarah Cymone (Midnight Mass), Chris Sumpter (Power), Aya Furukawa (The Baby-sitters Club), Matt Biedel (Midnight Mass), Samantha Sloyan (Midnight Mass), with Zach Gilford (Midnight Mass) and Heather Langenkamp (Nightmare on Elm Street). Also joining the cast are newcomers Ruth Codd, Adia, and Sauriyan Sapkota.

Executive Producing the series are Mike Flanagan, Trevor Macy, Leah Fong, Julia Bicknell, as well as Christopher Pike.

The series will release 10 – 1 hour episodes to the Netflix streaming platform on October 7th, 2022!
