Get ready to re-board the U.S.S. Cerritos. Star Trek: Lower Decks returns to Paramount+ soon.
The animated Star Trek series will officially premiere season 3 on Thursday, August 25. Following the premiere, you can catch a new episode every Thursday. Season 3 will include 10 total episodes.
Created by Emmy Award winner Mike McMahan (Rick and Morty), season three of Star Trek: Lower Decks challenges the U.S.S. Cerritos ensigns in (hilarious) ways they could never imagine, starting with a shocking resolution for season two’s epic cliffhanger finale.
The Starfleet crew includes Ensign Beckett Mariner, voiced by Tawny Newsome; Ensign Brad Boimler, voiced by Jack Quaid; Ensign Tendi, voiced by Noël Wells; and Ensign Rutherford, voiced by Eugene Cordero. The bridge crew include Captain Carol Freeman, voiced by Dawnn Lewis; Commander Jack Ransom, voiced by Jerry O’Connell; and Doctor T’Ana, voiced by Gillian Vigman.
Paramount+ also dropped new key art for season 3 today. Check it out below.
Can’t wait until August for more Lower Decks news? Make sure you keep your eyes on this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. Three Star Trek shows, including Lower Decks, will head to Hall H later this month.
Meanwhile, check back to THS for more Trek updates.
