The Sega Genesis Mini was a wild success in the mini-console market when it was released in 2019. Now, Sega is going back to the Genesis for the Sega Genesis Mini 2! It was previously announced to release in Japan, but now the US is getting in on the action. It releases on October 27th, 2022. The Tweet from Sega announcing the Mini 2 boasts that it has even more power, over 50 classic games, and also includes Sega CD games.
