DOWNTON ABBEY: A NEW ERA CHARACTER POSTERS!
From award-winning creator, Julian Fellows, comes the highly anticipated sequel, Downton Abbey: A New Era. In the first film, we followed the Crawley’s and Downton Staff as they prepared for a visit from the King and Queen of England! In this film, we will follow our favorite cast members as they journey to the South of France. However, this is not for a grand vacation. Instead, it is to uncover the mystery of the Dowager Countess’ newly inherited villa!
Downton Abbey: A New Era sees the return of the original show’s favorite cast members, including award-winning actress Maggie Smith, Hugh Bonneville, Laura Carmichael, Michelle Dockery, Elizabeth McGovern, and so many more.
Along with returning cast, we will also see some new faces. Joining the fun are Hugh Dancy (Hannibal), Laura Haddock (Transformers), Nathalie Baye (The Guardians), and The Affair’s Dominic West.
The Downton Abbey sequel is directed by BAFTA-nominated director Simon Curtis (Goodbye Christopher Robyn). The screenplay is written by Julian Fellowes, who also serves as producer along with Emmy and BAFTA Award-winning Gareth Neame and Emmy Award-winning Liz Trubridge.
