We are just over a month away from the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series and fans can not be more excited. I mean how could you not be excited about this series? Not only are we getting Ewan McGregor reprising his role as Obi-Wan Kenobi, but we are also getting Hayden Christensen returning as Darth Vader as well. Well, now it seems that we could be possibly getting Christensen back for more after he hints that his Journey as Darth Vader might not be over.
Could We See Hayden Christensen As Darth Vader In A New or Continuing Star Wars Series?
I don’t care who you are, you can never get too much Darth Vader. Well, after an interview with Total Film it seems as if we just might get that…more Darth Vader. We already know that Hayden Christensen is playing the Sith Lord in the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series, but in an exclusive report from GamesRadar Christensen hints that his journey may not be over.
“The extent of this journey, I think, remains to be seen,” he says. “But what a privilege to get to come back and do this, and to be a part of this project.”
Now does this mean we will see more Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader? Well, the answer is, we don’t know! It would make sense to see him again, especially in the Andor or Ahsoka series. But until this is confirmed by Disney, we will just have to wait, and honestly, I prefer to wait. Let’s just try to enjoy what we have coming out now before we jump too far into the future.
The Obi-Wan Kenobi series will premiere on Disney+ with two episodes on May 27.
