The Witcher: Details
The Witcher is the Netflix live-action adaptation of the novel series of the same name by Andrzej Sapkowski. The series stars Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia, along with Freya Allan as Ciri. Thus far, the series stands at 2 seasons, 16 episodes long; but with the addition of this third season, we’re going to get a much higher episode count. Unfortunately, we don’t know when season 3 will premiere yet. Check back later with us for that info later.
As for what The Witcher is about? Well, Netflix has an official synopsis that explains a bit more. Check it out below:
“Geralt of Rivia, a mutated monster-hunter for hire, journeys toward his destiny in a turbulent world where people often prove more wicked than beasts.”
You can watch The Witcher only on Netflix. I mean it. It’s a Netflix exclusive, so you can’t watch it anywhere else. If you don’t already have a Netflix subscription, you’re going to need to pay up for one. Netflix is many things, but a free subscription is not.
