With the new Obi-Wan Kenobi series and Star Wars Celebration coming in May Star Wars fans have a lot to be excited about. Now it seems that we are also getting some new details from the upcoming Ahsoka series as well. Starring Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano there really has not been a lot of details released on this series. But now it seems that the plot synopsis has been revealed according to a report from Comicbook.
Plot Synopsis Has Been Revealed For The Upcoming Ahsoka Series
SO, before I go any further be remember to take what you read next with a grain of salt. None of this has been confirmed by Disney so until it is I will keep this under the rumor watch file. Now we have seen a lot floating around about the series from who will be playing Thrawn and Ezra to the casting of Sabine, so it is always exciting when more information comes around.
According to a report from Comicbook, it now looks like we can add the plot synopsis to this list. In this report, it seems that Ahsoka will be tracking down Grand Admiral Thrawn with the hopes of finding Ezra.
“A new production listing seemingly confirms the production date for Disney+‘s Ahsoka, as well as giving a short synopsis for the series, which will star Rosario Dawson in the title role. The notes, which seem to confirm that the series will go into production early next month, give little in the way of a story other than recapping who Ahsoka is, and that the primary mission she is on in the show has to do with tracking down Grand Admiral Thrawn in the hopes of rescuing Ezra Bridger.”
Now, I know after you read this you are going to say, “Well yeah we already figured this out thanks to The Mandalorian,” and yes I do agree with you. But it is nice that if the source is accurate we know that the series will start production soon and there is a good chance that we will see Ezra as well.
