Shudder released the new trailer and art for their series Cursed Films. The sequel, Cursed Films II brings five more stories of notorious horror film productions. The new season premieres Thursday, April 7th. Episodes roll out weekly on Shudder and AMC+.
The five latest films explored in the series are: The Wizard of Oz, Rosemary’s Baby, Stalker, Serpent and the Rainbow, and Cannibal Holocaust. Cursed Films II is directed and written by Jay Cheel. The first season examined The Omen, Poltergeist, The Exorcist, The Crow, and Twilight Zone: The Movie.
Shudder already has one of the best horror documentary sections of all the streaming services; Cursed Films II adds to that excellence. We’ll have to see the stories behind these five forsaken films when the first episode drops on April 7th.
