“No one knows what we’re doing except for us,” Bob Odenkirk’s Jimmy promises Kim (Rhea Seehorn).
Call me a pessimist, but I’m thinking this final season is going to prove him wrong.
Here’s the official synopsis of season 6 from AMC:
Better Call Saul’s final season concludes the complicated journey and transformation of its compromised hero, Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk), into criminal lawyer Saul Goodman. From the cartel to the courthouse, from Albuquerque to Omaha, season six tracks Jimmy, Saul and Gene as well as Jimmy’s complex relationship with Kim (Rhea Seehorn), who is in the midst of her own existential crisis. Meanwhile, Mike (Jonathan Banks), Gus (Giancarlo Esposito), Nacho (Michael Mando) and Lalo (Tony Dalton) are locked into a game of cat and mouse with mortal stakes.
In addition to the trailer, AMC dropped some first-look photos of the cast today. Check them out below.
Better Call Saul’s final 13-episode season will roll out in two parts. The first part will premiere with back-to-back episodes on April 18 on AMC and AMC+. Five additional episodes will air weekly, followed by a short break between parts 1 and 2. Then, the final six episodes will resume on July 11.
