Soon, you viewers at home will be able to enjoy Ghostbusters: Afterlife on the small screen. Well, soon-ish. The Blu-ray version of Afterlife will roll out on February 1, 2022. So you have plenty of time to preorder it in whatever version you like.
You can preorder Ghostbusters: Afterlife on digital outlets like Amazon or Target. The price differs depending on the version of the film you want to get for home media. The DVD version is the cheapest at $19.99 (on Amazon), while the 4K version is the most expensive at $29.99 (also on Amazon). If you want maximum visual fidelity though, you’re going to have to pay for it.

Don’t want to wait for February 1, 2022 to watch this latest Ghostbusters film? Well, there’s another option. The film will become available for digital download a bit sooner. Specifically: January 4, 2022. I don’t know why the digital download version is available sooner than the physical versions. I only know this is the case.
You can preorder Ghostbusters: Afterlife for digital download on downloading services like Google Play and Vudu. All versions of the digital download are 4K, so you can watch it at maximum fidelity. It’s even cheaper than the physical 4K version at $19.99. If you absolutely want to minimize your spending, this is probably the best way to go.
