I personally believe the only way to improve a classic whodunit mystery-adventure is to throw some ghosts in the mix. And clearly, Lionsgate feels the same way. The studio just revealed a first look at Miss Willoughby and the Haunted Bookshop.
The film stars Nathalie Cox as the sleuthing Miss Willoughby, accompanied by family friend Robert Thompson (Kelsey Grammer). Together, the pair will investigate – as you might guess – a bookshop that appears to have a ghostly presence.
But as anyone who’s watched Scooby-Doo knows, there’s usually more to a mysterious ghostly presence than meets the eye…

The trailer gives us a good look at the film’s setting and feel. Plus, enough spooky occurrences to keep viewers intrigued. If you’re an Agatha Christie fan, this one looks like it will be worth a watch.
