[Ghostface voice] What’s your favorite Christmas movie?

What’s that? You didn’t say teen slasher classic Scream? Well, you may want to rethink your holiday priorities.

To celebrate the upcoming fifth installment of the Scream franchise, Paramount is kicking off “12 Screams For The Holidays.” The studio promises “a new exclusive Scream surprise” every day for the next twelve days.

The Scream franchise is set to return in January 2022 with a new feature. Twenty-five years after a streak of brutal murders shocked the quiet town of Woodsboro, a new killer has donned the Ghostface mask and begins targeting a group of teenagers to resurrect secrets from the town’s deadly past. Neve Campbell (“Sidney Prescott”), Courteney Cox (“Gale Weathers”) and David Arquette (“Dewey Riley”) return to their iconic roles in Scream. They’re joined by Melissa Barrera, Kyle Gallner, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison, Dylan Minnette, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid, Marley Shelton, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Sonia Ammar.

To celebrate the kickoff of 12 Screams, Paramount released a new poster for the upcoming movie. It even features a little tease: “The killer is on this poster.”
