Sideshow Collectibles has teamed up with artist Ian McDonald for a brand-new art piece. Last December, Sideshow announced that they were working with Critical Role to make all-new collectibles. One of the first art pieces was Ian’s “This Is How We Roll” piece:
Well, Ian has a new piece coming soon that celebrates everyone’s favorite Half-Elf twins from Campaign 1.
Product Details
Sideshow Art Prints presents the Vex & Vax Fine Art Print by artist Ian MacDonald, an official Critical Role art print celebrating the beloved twins of the Vox Machina team.
Vax’ildan and Vex’ahlia, the Thief and Hunter of Vox Machina, share a bond unlike any other. Through thick and thin, through life and death (and resurrection), these twins have been inseparable in their adventures. Ian MacDonald captures a rare moment of reprieve for the Half-Elf heroes as they sit down for a spell in a lush forest setting. Joined by an affectionate Trinket the bear, Vex retires from target practice to converse with her brother Vax, who has speared an apple on one of his many daggers. An omen from the Matron of Ravens rests on his shoulder, but for a moment, all is well in their world.
Each Vex & Vax Fine Art Print features an authorized, automated artist signature and an embossed Seal of Authenticity as a part of the Critical Role collection offered by Sideshow. Available both unframed and in a custom framed presentation, this stunning tribute to the twins (and Trinket, of course) will make a fabulous addition to any Critter’s wall.
