You’re about to double your chance to meet your best friend out of the box this December. Ron’s Gone Wrong will stream on both Disney+ and HBO Max.
Ron’s Gone Wrong tells the story of Barney, a socially awkward middle-schooler, and Ron, his new walking, talking, digitally-connected device, designed to be his “Best Friend out of the Box.” Ron’s hilarious malfunctions launch the pair into an action-packed journey, in which boy and robot come to terms with the wonderful messiness of true friendship.
The animated feature comes from 20th Century Studios. The movie features the voices of Zach Galifianakis, Jack Dylan Grazer, Olivia Colman, Ed Helms, Justice Smith, Rob Delaney and more. Ron’s Gone Wrong comes from writer/director Sarah Smith, writer Peter Baynham, and directors Jean-Philippe Vine and Octavio E. Rodriguez.
We got the chance to see Ron’s Gone Wrong earlier this year, and we loved it! It’s a lot of fun and will be great to sit down with the family and watch in time for the holidays.
You can stream Ron’s Gone Wrong on either Disney+ or HBO Max starting December 15. You can also purchase it from digital stores like Apple TV, Prime Video, and Vudu. Digital purchases include access to exclusive bonus features.
