One Piece is soon going to reach its landmark 1000th episode. Funimation is not letting anyone forget that little fact. They’re so determined not to let anyone forget that they’ve even released a short video clip of the episode in question. Check it out below:
One Piece Soon To Reach 1000
With that preview video above, it’s hard to see how anyone can forget this landmark One Piece episode and how it’s going to set sail soon. Very soon, in fact. As a reminder, One Piece’s 1000th episode will make its debut on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 7:15 P (ET)/6:00 PM (PST).
And for once, this episode of One Piece isn’t going to be a Funimation exclusive. You can catch it on Funimation, but you can also watch it on Crunchyroll if you so wish. The choice is up to you, captains.
One Piece Ep. 1000: More Reminders
It’s not just the 1000th episode of One Piece that Funimation would like to remind us of today. They’d also like to remind us of the live stream celebration to celebrate said 1000th episode. This Live Stream Celebration Event (hosted by RogersBase) will give a recap of episodes 998-999 and contain a little cooking show. So you, too, can learn how to cook Luffy’s favorite “Meat on the Bone” dish. You know, that classic manga meat consisting of a massive chunk of meat on a single long bone belonging to no animal part anyone can identify? Yeah, you can learn how to make it. The how is beyond me, though.
You can catch this Live Stream Celebration Event in 3 different ways. The first is Funimation’s YouTube channel, the second is Toei Animation’s YouTube channel, and the last is the official One Piece Facebook page. No matter which one you go to, though, you’re probably going to get just as hungry once the cooking starts.
