Do all the announcements coming out of Disney+ Day have you itching to nab a subscription?
Now’s your chance to test out the platform for cheap. In celebration of Disney+ Day, you can grab a one-month subscription to the streaming platform for only $1.99. (The regular monthly subscription fee is $7.99, so you’re saving $6 with this deal.) Since Disney+ removed the option to sign up for a free trial a while back, this is the best offer to test the platform available right now.
Subscribing will get you access to the existing library of Disney+ shows and movies. Plus, a ton of new content just dropped on the platform today, including:
- Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
- Disney’s Jungle Cruise with Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt
- Home Sweet Home Alone
- Olaf Presents, a series of shorts starring your favorite Frozen snowman
- A Star Wars special, Under the Helmet: The Legacy of Boba Fett
… Plus, a ton of fan-favorite Disney/Pixar shorts like Paperman and more!
Since you’ll get a month’s worth of streaming out of your $1.99, you will also have the chance to catch some major upcoming premieres on the platform as well. Marvel’s Hawkeye series will drop a double-episode series premiere on November 24. You’ll also gain access to Get Back, a three-part docu-series about The Beatles featuring never-before-seen footage. The Disney adaptation of Diary of a Wimpy Kid will also premiere in December before your one-month subscription times out.
The $1.99 subscription deal only runs through this weekend (November 12 – 14), so you’ll need to act fast. Note that after the first month at $1.99, your subscription will increase to the normal rate of $7.99/month.
So, what will you binge first with your new (cheap) Disney+ account? Let us know in the comments below what you’re looking forward to watching.
