Over two decades later, and Woodsboro still can’t shake Ghostface.

The Scream franchise returns for a fifth installment, featuring a new killer, new teen targets, and a team of familiar faces.

Twenty-five years after a streak of brutal murders shocked the quiet town of Woodsboro, a new killer has donned the Ghostface mask and begins targeting a group of teenagers to resurrect secrets from the town’s deadly past.

As you can see from the new clip, when Sam (Melissa Barrera) finds herself targeted by Ghostface, she seeks out the help of Scream OG Dewey (David Arquette). Naturally, Dewey has to alert fellow survivors Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) and Gale Weathers (Courteney Cox) that someone has once again donned the mask. 

But can the trio survive another round of Ghostface kills? (And do the new teens stand any chance at all?) We’ll just have to wait and see.

The newest Scream also stars Kyle Gallner, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison, Dylan Minnette, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid, Marley Shelton, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Sonia Ammar.

Scream slashes its way onto screens January 14.
