Gabriel Luna was one of the few guests to appear on the Friday session of MCM Comic Con London.
ThatHashTagShow was lucky enough to there covering the long-awaited return of Comic Con to the UK. We attended a number of events over the weekend to bring the best of MCM Comic Con to you.
Luna is perhaps best known for portraying Robbie Reyes/Ghost Rider on Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. He has also been cast in the highly anticipated adaption of hit video game franchise The Last of Us currently filming in Calgary, Alberta. Finally, he appeared as REV-9 in Terminator: Dark Fate the spiritual successor to blockbuster sequel Terminator 2: Judgement Day.
After being introduced to the smaller Friday crowd on MCM Comic Con’s Main Stage the Texas-born actor spoke on a variety of subjects. We first learned that he had been taking in the culture seeing plays during his stay. He also spoke about the last time he was in London promoting Terminator: Dark Fate.
Gabriel Luna spoke passionately about having the chance to play Robbie Reyes and revealed his impressive comic book knowledge. During the panel, he spoke about his sadness about the Ghost Rider project not moving forward. When it came to talking about The Last Of Us, Gabriel spoke about the extensive research he did for the role. He also related a story about getting in trouble with the Powers that be for a certain photo.
