Old school meets new school (meets gun slingin’ revenge) in Netflix’s upcoming film The Harder They Fall.

The streamer recently released the official trailer for the Western, which throws us into the intense world of a group of outlaws.

“I don’t particularly enjoy violence,” claims one, gun already drawn. “That being said, you are currently in the company of an extremely violent individual.”

Get your first taste of the explosive action in The Harder They Fall in the trailer below.

As you can see, this one hits all the great Western hallmarks, from horses and outlaws to train robberies. (And of course, vengeance-fueled rivalry.) The Harder They Fall also boasts a star-studded cast, including Jonathan Majors, Zazie Beetz, Regina King, Idris Elba, Delroy Lindo, LaKeith Stanfield, Danielle Deadwyler, Edi Gathegi, R.J. Cyler, Damon Wayans Jr., and Deon Cole.

Here’s the official description of the film from Netflix:

When outlaw Nat Love (Majors) discovers that his enemy Rufus Buck (Elba) is being released from prison, he rounds up his gang to track Rufus down and seek revenge. Those riding with him in this assured, righteously new school Western include his former love Stagecoach Mary (Beetz); his right and left hand men — hot-tempered Bill Pickett (Gathegi) and fast drawing Jim Beckwourth (Cyler); and a surprising adversary-turned-ally. Rufus Buck has his own fearsome crew, including “Treacherous” Trudy Smith (King) and Cherokee Bill (Stanfield), and they are not a group that knows how to lose.

The Harder They Fall comes from director Jeymes Samuel, who also co-wrote the script with Boaz Yakin.

Catch all the action in select theaters October 22, and streaming on Netflix November 3.
