There’s a lot of big questions involving the MCU. Casting choices, script choices, and more. Marvel Studios’ What If…? doesn’t answer those questions, but poses some more interesting ones. What if Sharon Carter was the one that got the Super Soldier serum? What if T’Challa was the leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy?

There are plenty of options that the show can go with. It’s animated and directed by Bryan Andrews and written by AC Bradley. They did get quite a bit of the voice cast to reprise their roles from the live action films. Unfortunately it sounds like a couple characters have different voice actors than their live action counterparts. Jeffrey Wright makes his MCU debut as The Watcher, who’s the host of the show.

Get ready to see major moments from the MCU as they could have happened this August 11th, 2021.
