The Many Saints of Newark debuted its first trailer for the upcoming HBO Max prequel movie. The Sopranos is one of the most revered television series of all-time. The new movie stars Michael Gandolfini as a young Tony Soprano. It also stars Alessandro Nivola, Vera Farmiga, Jon Bernthal, Corey Stoll, Billy Magnussen, John Magaro, Samson Moeakiola, Leslie Odom Jr., Germar Terrell Gardner, Michela De Rossi, and Ray Liotta.

Set in the 1970’s before Tony’s rise up the ranks in organized crime, this is the film to show off his character from a new light. Classic characters from the HBO series return and new ones make their debut. The Many Saints of Newark releases in theaters and HBO Max on October 1st.
