Are you ready to die in heavy metal Valhalla? The Bay Strikes Back Tour isn’t promising certain death by mosh pit, but it could happen. Thrash metal legends Testament, Exodus, and Death Angel are taking the show on the road to celebrate the legacy of Bay Area thrash metal. The US leg of the tour hits 30 cities starting October 6th at the Fremont Theater in San Luis Obispo, CA. It runs through the US and circles back to The Fox Theater in Oakland, CA.

This tour was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it’s back and better than ever. Testament’s Eric Peterson had this to say:

Finally we are able to announce this suspended tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic! We are totally excited to get out on the road again and continue where we left off supporting our newest release ‘Titans of Creation!’ Along with our brothers of thrash EXODUS and DEATH ANGEL! Get your tickets now! Horns up!!!!!

Gary Holt of Exodus had this to say:

YES!! Finally back on the road! This time we are bringing the ‘Bay Strikes Back’ to our own shores with our good friend’s TESTAMENT and DEATH ANGEL! To say this is awesome would be an understatement! Cannot wait!!

Tickets go on sale Thursday, July 1st at 10:00am local time. Blabbermouth has a pre-sale starting Tuesday June 29th, at 10:00am local time, the password is TITANS.
