Virtual Crunchyroll Expo 2021: New Guests

Because trailers are cool.

Virtual Crunchyroll Expo 2021 actually have a full list of these new guests from Black Clover and To Your Eternity. To start us off, we’ve got Ayataka Tanemura. He’s the director for Black Clover, and had previously worked on Naruto Shippuden and Twin Star Exorcists. He is also apparently a little camera-shy, so we’ll just have to imagine what he looks like.

Use the Force…sorry, wrong show.

Next up, we’ve got Gakuto Kajiwara. You may recognize him as the voice of Black Clover‘s main character: Asta. You may also recognize him as Shinra Kusakabe from Fire Force, Shun Kuribayashi from Rent-A-Girlfriend, and Ake from The Rising of the Shield Hero. And this time, we’ve got a picture of him.

Huh, he kinda even looks like Asta.

For the To Your Eternity part of Virtual Crunchyroll Expo 2021, we will start things off with Reiji Kawashima. He voices the mysterious main character: Fushi. He has also voiced roles in Shadows House and Ekimemo! -Station Memories!-. And, he’s also got a face for us.

Is it just me, or do the voice actors gradually start to look like the characters they play?

Lastly, we’ve got Takeshi Takadera. He’s the sound director for To Your Eternity. He has also worked for the anime industry for the past 25 years, with some of his other notable works including Laid-Back Camp, Yowamushi Pedal, and My Senpai is Annoying. He also isn’t camera-shy.
