The epic casting for Rian Johnson’s Knives Out sequel continues. Leslie Odom Jr. has joined the team.
Odom Jr. becomes the latest in a star-studded list to join Knives Out 2. Previously announced cast members include Dave Bautista, Edward Norton, Janelle Monae, and Kathryn Hahn.
Plot details for the sequel remain under wraps. But we know the movie will feature Daniel Craig’s Detective Benoit Blanc solving yet another murder mystery.
Also a mystery? Details about Odom Jr.’s character. Yup, we’re being left in the dark on this one. What we do know is the film is scheduled to begin production in Greece this summer. And ultimately, it will arrive on Netflix sometime in the future.
Odom Jr. was recently nominated for two Oscars for Regina King’s One Night In Miami. He also received a Tony Award for his role in the original Broadway cast of Hamilton, where he played Aaron Burr.
